This simple form to E-mail script is one of the
few available that gives your users the option to PREVIEW what they have
entered before submitting the info.
Create an html form. Your users fill it out. They
are then asked to verify what they have entered before submitting the form. Form
fields you specify are displayed to the user for verification, then emailed to
an address you specify.
Great as an order form, information request form,
or most situations where form data needs to be sent to an email address.

Limitations:

Requires Sendmail -- Unix only?

No built in field verification or required
fields. (This could possibly be overcome with JavaScript in your form.)

Makes a great order form, but does not add
fields to display a total.

There is nothing in this script that makes
encryption happen. Your server MUST be SSL enabled to use encryption. SSL is
not required if you don't require encryption.

General unix/perl knowledge sufficient to
